Uninspiring

Ok so I figured it’s about time I update my blog

Well I’ve started uni and this semester I have to write a 9000 word research project, which is a real pain but I think I got it easy compared to the people who have to write a 30,000 word thesis. I decided to write about the impacts of the media in the reconstruction of the hero mythos. It’s quite different from what my classmates are writing about, most of them decided to write stuff about media policies which is a subject I can’t stand.

Commonwealth games have started here and I refuse to get out of the house for the next week or so. The city is packed with people and transportation is getting annoying since they close off some roads. I think a marathon is gonna go through one of the streets in my area and probably one of the cycling events. I don’t really know and I don’t care, all I know is I’m not going to face a crowd of spectators. For those of you who think I should be excited and be a part of this stupid event well I’ll give you this to think about, 30 degree weather and hundreds of sweaty people, I’ll give you a minute to ponder…

On a more exciting note (to me mostly), I recently bought the new expansion for sims 2 and for those of you who don’t already know, apart from being a caffeine addict, I am also a sims addict heh… I’ve also bought some books that I have no time to read *sigh*… Ooohhh and starbucks came out with this new banana frappucino, I usually get a banana caramel mocha frap and it’s sooooo good!!!! Hrmm… I think I’m going to end this blog and go get me a frap. Ciaoz!
